I would say Airplane, though Smokey and the Bandit was the first movie I remember that showed bloopers during the closing credits. Not exactly the same thing, but that was before Airplane.
The Muppet Movie (1979) has The Muppets discussing their own movie throughout the entire end credits and after the credits end, Animal breaks the fourth wall and says "Go home."
