I say, good for him. We all know what happened. He was looking around on his IG account at naked women. He accidentally liked a photo.
He’s not allowed to have sex. I’d rather him look at porn and masturbate than diddle little kids.
All men have to have sex or jerk off. It’s biological. It’s in our nature. We are stupid if we think popes and priests don’t jerk off.
Why is there an investigation?
I totally agree with you. I wish the Pope would use this as a teachable moment to break the negative stigmas about watching porn. Everybody watches porn, but it's still somehow considered shameful. It's not shameful. And this denial and investigation only reinforces that porn is bad and you're bad if you look at porn.
Humans are gonna human. That should be his lesson. Educated people already understand this, but it's the uneducated, far right, evangelical that this kind of thing hurts. They will continue to live a life of denial and shame because the Church won't tell them it's okay and normal to jack off to porn.
