My wife is a huge Twilight fan and I went and saw all of them with her at the cinema. Utter garbage. Every single one. No redeeming features about any of them. About a decade ago, a girl I was sort of seeing lent me her DVD of the first Twilight movie. I was going to watch it because... you know why I was going to watch it. I had to do it in three or four sittings, I couldn't take it all at once. Unbearably unbearable. Happily it didn't work out between us. I'm showing my age here a little but I dated a girl that was obsessed with Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (the Kevin Costner one) and she'd already seen it but we'd only just started dating and I hadn't seen it so she wanted to see it with me at the cinema so we went. And I thought it was "okay". And then a couple of weeks later she wanted to see it again. And I thought "okay..." and we went. And then she wanted to see it again... And I began to worry. That relationship didn't last long at all. Especially after I discovered she'd already seen it three times before we'd started to date.
