On a similar vein, freedom of religion does not give a church the right to violate local laws. The most obvious example is building codes with regard to safety, structure, fire, etc. Other religious venues were willing to meet local covid restrictions by holding more frequent services with fewer people present at each service. OTOH, if you believe that Jehovah will protect you, I should remind you that Yahweh's coronavirus killed 13 elderly nuns in Michigan back in August.
