Yeah it was enjoyable
A shame there aren't more shows like this to get invested in that are currently on (at least not that I'm aware)
It's a hard to find a show you literally get excited to watch on a weekly basis - used to feel that way about Breaking Bad and the early seasons of The Walking Dead - can't think of the last time I watched an enjoyable show as it was going on during it's run
Not to be that guy - because everybody hates that guy - and I'm assuming there are a lot of other people out there that saw this coming
But did you see the Danny turn coming? I thought they dropped numerous hints the more the show went on that she was going to let power go to her head.
That's kind of the feeling I got with Sansa which I was disappointed with - I get all she had been through - but I didn't expect her to let power go to her head - she seemed very power hungry the shows final couple of years
I thought Danerys had it in her. The was always put in a good light but she still had the cruelty in her. Crucifying the slaveowners in the one city, burning Randall Tarly. The Targaryans were so inbred that madness ran amok, but I thought maybe she was a good one, more than her father and brother. When she roasted the Tarly's, I was fairly certain she would go off the deep end.
I tried a couple times to get into the Walking Dead, Didn't happen. Same with Mad Men.
Mad Men is fantastic, one of the better character-driven dramas of recent years. Walking Dead is complete dogshit.
