No.90-81 might be the perfect list of "great, but not Hall material" guys you could ask for, though I imagine I'll probably say that again here.
Of the 10, the one guy I say might make the best case is Lance Berkman, sneakily better than you might think and a very good postseason player. But I don't think his stats are enough.
I never saw Elston Howard play, I always thought he was already in the Hall.
