To this day - I love the atmosphere of the The Winter Classic - hence my idea of pretty much every team playing against a rival outdoors on Jan 1st every year - a big giant party
I'm in.
Flyers playing at the Phils or Eagles stadium
Maybe wars with the Penguins at Penn State's giant stadium
Flyers vs. Rangers at Yankee Stadium!

What's the thinking - since I'm thinking teams wouldn't be allowed to cross the border.
Just make a Canadian Division like you posted?
i.e. - Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Vancouver would just play against each other?
