He went into a challenge with Palace's van Aanholt. Perirera went to the ground but his legs were raised in the direction of Van's stomach. It didn't look like a Son-style lash-out to me. Oh dear, that's harsh. It's Albion down to ten men and the game is possibly ruined.
You can hear a weary "Oh f*ck off" from the mic, presumably from the West Brom bench. Peirera trudges off.
West Brom need to see out the rest of the half and re-group during the break.
