I thought of that one.
I saw it on the big screen a few years back. It was beautiful to look at, but that was it for me. I did notice that with its extreme length, it had zero female representation.
David Lean seemed like a sweet, gentle man, but his movies were not the ones I went for. "Brief Encounter" would be the only one I could watch a second time.
