He was in MVP form under Reich
The only reason he's playing like this - is because the O-Line is in absolute shambles
From what I hear - the Colts have a very good O-Line - or am I off?
All he needs it protection
Has he played poorly? Yes - holding onto the ball to long, making errant throws - but the majority of it is the atrocious O-Line - I think he leads the league in sacks taken
Put him under Reich again with an above average O-Line - different player
