There was a Mike Williams who went to Syracuse and played primarily for Tampa Bay from 2010 to 2013. Had 11 (!) touchdowns as a rookie and 23 over his first three years - - and then was out of the league at 27 after one year in Buffalo.

There was a Mike Williams who went to USC and was one of the unending first round receivers the Lions chose. He was shitty - - 5 touchdowns in his whole career (2005-2011 with two years out of football in 2008 and 2009).

Then there is current Clemson/Chargers Mike Williams. And that's only the receiving Mike Williamses.

But, yeah, the one you chose makes that grouping much less desirable.
