If God can do anything can he make a mistake?

Yes. Supposedly God is all powerful and even all knowing. But that doesn't mean he's intelligent or sensible. You can have extremely powerful people that are actually quite stupid (e.g. Donald Trump).

So of course he can make mistakes.
