Cleveland Indians to change name

My wife is one quarter Seneca and I’ve asked her and family and friends about Redskins. None have a real problem with Washington Redskins itself. But most said they would have an issue with someone calling them Redskin to their face. And it’s the old argument “would anyone tolerate the Detroit N_____?”. No one had a problem with Indians or Braves. “Chief” can be a slur though, Similar to calling an African American “boy”
