They were both on some crusade to stop these types of films. But then ebert gives the devil's rejects a good review.
That Ebert was weird.
Putting his 3 1/2 star review of Last House and his zero star review of I Spit On Your Grave side by side is interesting. Then again, he apparently saw ISOYG with the Jewish extras from The Passion of the Christ.
