I thought of another one.
How about The Cleveland Custodians? I hear Cleveland has some world class janitors, and those Baker Mayfield ads seem to draw this conclusion. And for all intents and purposes, we do need to honor those that keep our floors sparkling clean and our garbage bins restocked with new bags.
As an added bonus, they could name their plays things like "broom sweep right", "half back mop up dive" and "bleach blitz".
This would be the perfect emblem for the helmets -
