People are calling to report house parties or neighbours having visitors over, or physical distancing perhaps not being followed in stores and restaurants
But not every violation of law is supposed to be reported to 911. That's for emergencies. I mean I wouldn't even call 911 if my car was stolen (unless I saw it happening that second). I'd call a non emergency number.
