I mean they are violations of the laws if they break the rules a government established.

But not every violation of law is supposed to be reported to 911. That's for emergencies. I mean I wouldn't even call 911 if my car was stolen (unless I saw it happening that second). I'd call a non emergency number.

Why call police over consensual activities (house parties, hosting visitors at a private residence) when the caller isn't even the one being put at risk if they're a neighbour? I understand the potential threat to one's own health by lack of social distancing, but if they're in a public place can't they just walk somewhere without people within 6 feet?
