Not sure if you're trolling or not, but that's not quite true. For example take something like Charlie Kaufman's Anomalisa, which is considered animated but certainly isn't a cartoon. Why would I be trolling for expressing my opinion? I simply can't take these cartoon movies seriously. Never have, never will.
You don't know anything about Japanese animation then.
