A thread of yours that I don't hate, huh. Not a bad list but Tomorrow Never Dies is too low (it's actually Brosnan's best) and GoldenEye is too high. People tend to rank that one highly because of the same reasons you think people love Jordan's Bulls: nostalgia. Also, Dr No is one of the best Bond films and certainly shouldn't be in the middle. Other than that the list isn't too bad. My rankings are different of course. TND: cheesy villain, too many action sequences, etc goldeneye: solid movie, good plot. i agree it is overrated in general, perhaps i could have it a couple spots down DR no is hard to compare to the other moves, it had a small budget and looks underdeveloped in comparson to the others.
