I think the comparison is unfair, because John Williams's theme is much more a part of the feel of the whole movie than Wonder Woman's theme. It sets the whole tone of the Christopher Reeve Superman movies. Well yeah, I just meant that Gadot is associated with that theme in a similar way that Reeve as Superman was associated with the Williams theme, or how George Reeves as Superman was strongly identified by his theme. But yeah, the John Williams music is more integral to Superman than Zimmer's is to Wonder Woman. I actually think the opening credits music in WW1984 is far better than the previous theme music. I am watching the movie on HBO Max right now.
