I've had a bad week I'll tell ya..I wasn't able to do a thing this week. Only able to do laundry.
Wanted to hit up some shopping and stock up on polar dry stuff... I just diagnosed with shingles and the pain is unreal and also untouchable by regular otc shit!
I'm getting better but I'm still in a lot of pain. Lifting is a a problem.
