I am not as attuned to best by and sell by dates as some folks ... I got some of those OUI desserts .. caramel cheesecake (good but sweet enough to make a goat gag) and the expiration date is Sept 21, 2020. They have ben under-refrigeration are sealed and so far so good. I would freeze some but they come in little glass jars.
The date gives me an excuse to eat 'em up because they re getting a "tad" old.
