0-2 in 2001 with Bledsoe/Brady in Game 2 (Bledsoe credited with the loss)
10-5 in 2008 (Brady credited with the win in Game 1, though Cassel played most of it)
3-1 in 2016 with Garoppolo and Brisett when Brady got hurt again.
