It’s as dumb as it suggests and I found it quite entertaining.
Saying "you can't expect much from a movie called Dumb & Dumber To" is no excuse. It is a poorly written and very lazy movie and I while I did laugh a handful of times, the movie is mostly unfunny.
The original is hilarious and well written for what it is, the sequel is not.
Trust me the handful of times you laughed at a Dumb and Dumber movie is a handful too many... In other words the movie succeeded as for your "very lazy movie" criticisms... Which part of a movie called Dumb and Dumber don't you understand.
