There was a movie I saw ages ago where I think it was Jim Carey who played a plastic surgeon who made everyone look identical, and he, himself, was an exaggerated version of what people consider to be "attractive". He then had four ribs removed for a smaller waist. Mind you this all started due to him being bullied as a child for being pudgy. These are real photos of him after his ongoing plastic surgeries (which are ongoing I think).
