Sam Mendez - American Beauty and American Beauty. I really just can't stand that film although Mendez is a good Director and have liked most of his other movies. I forgot that one. Yes, I hate that movie, too. I haven't seen in a while, but have always liked it. I think the film tends to push all the wrong buttons for the right reasons.
