I just glanced over the articles, but Posnarski's main argument is that McGwire admitted to juicing and Manny hasn't. And Manny was "difficult". He didn't seem to be in his first few years with Boston. Yeah, there was incidents but that was a team of "idiots" so he fit right in.
I don't agree with a lot of this either. I'm just sharing because I think I'm the only one here who subscribes to The Athletic (it really is worth it). This list is better than his Best Baseball Moments.
And, like I said, Jackson, with on field alone, is no lower than #2.
