Or conspiracy to commit murder. But then again, Maw had abducted and was torturing Dr. Strange. He was killed in an attempt to rescue Strange. The courts would take that into consideration. So it might not even fall under the murder category. Oh, I’m not saying that he and Tony would be criminally charged for killing an alien invader who tortures people for a living, but Peter definitely plays a part in the guy’s death, and he doesn’t seem to have any problems with it. It’s not a huge deal to me, but I bring it up mostly just because it hardly ever seems to come up in online circles, outside of a couple of Reddit posts. I'd say that's why he doesn't have a problem with it. Just like when he activates instant-kill in Endgame. With the fate of the universe at stake, it's understandable why he wouldn't be torn up about it.
