I think he's guilty, but the prosecution fumbled the ball so spectacularly that there was no way to prove beyond any doubt he was guilty. I'm not sure I could have convicted him either based on the criteria necessary to do so, since the justice system errors on the side of innocence. Better an innocent man goes free that you can't be 100% sure about than a guilty one go to prison you aren't 100% sure about. I think the black jury was intent on making a statement. And they were never going to convict a black man of killing white people because they thought the LAPD was racist. Mark Fuhrman was an admitted racist under oath. Putting him on the stand was a SPECTACULAR fuck-up on the prosecution's part. I'm also not convinced her being a cokehead didn't play a role. He either did it himself or he was there with whomever gave her a Mexican bowtie. Either way, he's guilty AF, and the prosecution screwed up big time.
