Yes, it could be a bit of an exaggeration, however, I myself feel that those that label themselves asexual, perhaps lack a bit of confidence in themselves, or might not feel sexy enough if they think they are ugly to not have others interested in them. I still don't feel that they lack a sexual drive, unless their bits are surgically tampered with. Visual aesthetic is also a decider for attraction and is born of mind mostly and even castrati attempted to be sexual. It could very a very, very small sex drive. As for the alphabet soup question I put that down to people wanting to be inclusive which can be both a good thing and a bad thing. With luck the incels (see your description above) won’t be invited but who knows what will happen. The thing though with being inclusive, should not involve separation/fragmentation away from the rest. S should then be a part of it, if it was an all inclusive club.
Incels aren't really asexual though, they just have entitlements for thinking women should be attracted to their ugly hairy fat asses and zit infested faces.
