I have no problem with it at all, but I have to ask... why? I mean, what exactly is having an all-female screening supposed to accomplish? Solidarity? SaveSaveSolidarity for what? It's not like the crowd will be interacting with each other a lot during the show. Though I guess the energy might feel different with a pure female crowd... but then aren't audiences for romcoms mostly female anyway? Sorry, nothing wrong with it of course. I'm just imagining what a pure male movie audience would feel like and I'm thinking, it won't really make a difference. |
