So people in Nigeria are the same as Quebecois are the same as Parisians? There's even a cultural divide between Paris and the rest of France. And what about all the parts of Canada besides Quebec? And what does Russia have to do with any of that?
I'm not attacking your attraction to Russia but you seem to bounce around with these things.
