Seen them. It's pretty much what I thought it was going to be so far.Emma Caufield is a little type cast as kind of the neighborhood bitchy character (bitchy ain't the right word but I can't think of the right one. And is that good or bad?
I'm not a huge fan of 50's and 60's sitcoms so lets get that on the record first. So I thought I would enjoy it to a point with that being what held it back. That being said the first 2 episodes just sets up that aspect of the show. Wanda and Vision are in a 50's/60's sitcom for some reason. With that they are in the trappings of that situation. So you get the corny comedy, over dramatic situations and interactions. In the first 2 episodes there isn't much pushing the why and where they are in a TV Show. There are hints here and there and a few scenes showing that. So as a whole the first 2 epi (1 hour) is just setting up that aspect. For some reason they are in a reality that is a TV show. Something inside that situation is off, but we don't know what. All viewed through a prism of a style of show I don't particularly like. By the end of the 2nd episode they are transitioning to new style. So it's interesting enough that I don't really care about the shitty 50's comedy, so I enjoyed it, but the plots of the first 2 episodes to push the world they are in took up 95% of the time with only 5% of pushing of ok what the fuck is really going on. I could've done with a more 75%/25% split.
