Eliminate no, but cut down drastically, yes. A common breakfast for me is banana or apple with homemade almond butter. Lunch is a salad with nothing but whole ingredients and a squirt of lemon. Dinner is often a sweet potato or a piece of fish with steamed or grilled veggies.
