The symbol on his beekeeper uniform is that of S.W.O.R.D.
I thought it looked familiar so I broke and looked it up. With the meaning changed from Sentient World Observation and Response Department to Sentient Weapon Observation and Response Department according to a few websites that got the info off of Rambeu's new tradding cards for the show.

SWORD
is investigating because it will do damage to the outside world or she was sent into a place/situation for SWORD
where realities are warped and now is trapped by it... Her reality bending/chaos magic powers which really haven't been explored went to the next level. Now they are sending in people and communications to try and save her.
