I blame Selfish Ray Fisher for Snyder’s JL losing momentum.

When AT&T and HBO Max announced the Snyder Cut of JL was going to be released. The internet was buzzing. The trailer came out, and it went viral.

- Green Lantern
- Martian Manhunter
- More Post Apocalypse Batman
- Flash in the speed force (tied into BvS)
- Black Suit Superman
Etc...
Then Ray Fisher saw this as his time to get his 15 minutes of fame. Dude. You could have been in “The Flash” as Cyborg, tied into a new extension of the Snyder DCEU. Maybe get his own film, or at worst Cyborg TV Series on HBO Max...
Then, because of his grumbling and outbursts about not being treated fair... AT&T and WB went from “Let’s make this a 4 Part Mini Series” to “It’s just going to be a 4 hour cut.
Then they have scaled back on the marketing.
They are going to release it right before “Godzilla vs Kong” and instead are promoting that for March on HBO Max.
He is so selfish. It’s HOLLYWOOD dude. You’re acting. Guess what, they don’t have to use your footage. As much as I don’t like Joss Wheedon, he took over. He could have decided to cut Ray Fisher completely out of his film.
It’s a privilege lifestyle, being an actor. For Gods sake these new age actors are such babies. Do you realize most average American joes have to put up with more BS on the regular, every day. Or we get fired. We can’t afford it, so we take it up the tail pipe and do what we have to do to survive.
Anyway, I’m still excited for it, but that’s my two cents. If he were really hurt, he would have said something back then, in 2017. But he assumed he would ruin his chances of a new film at WB. When he realized that wasn’t going to happen, and he was offered a “cameo” role in the Flash (a film that wasn’t going to be made until the hype for JL came out) and he still wasn’t getting a solo film. He thought he’d just become an internet activist like Colin Kaepernick.
