I will say that some of it reads like he is a douchebag and pissed off his lovers and now they are just trying to embarrass him and ruin his career.
The one who said he carved an A into her doesn't seem like she put up much of a fight and was indulging him at the time and then he scorned her and now she is using that against him. We simply don't know the circumstances.
There is no doubt he has fantasies that are on the far end of disturbing, but context matters. Did she give him permission to carve an A into her? And carving an A into someone sounds worse than it might be. The wording matters.
A. He comes in with a hunting knife and brutally carves an A into her body.
B. They are laying in bed and he says he wants to cut and small A into her because that would turn him on and she hesitantly agrees.
