One of the greatest tag lines ever!  It's a great tag line in an unintentionally hilarious way. If that is actually the movie's storyline, it sounds ludicrous. It’s almost not as ludicrous as it seems. The US and Russian have trained dolphins for military use but (as far as I know) they haven’t attached magnetic mines to their bodies which then get released when they swim under boats. Have you heard about US bat bombs?
