Where do you buy your shoes?

My insurance covers me going to an orthotist.  They fit my foot into these little blue foam boxes, one for each foot.  They get custom made, and they decide what materials to put in, and whether to make them full length (I recommend that) or 3/4.

I've worn them for many years, in part because I broke my foot as a child, but was determined to be a rapscallion and not sit still.  I swear by them.
