The only thing that says something about their age is Cap saying "Ah, come on, Tony. She's a kid." But then Cap is almost 100 years old. If we go by the actors' age, Tony Stark would have been in his 50's in Civil War and Cap would have been mid to late 30's. If Wanda was in her mid to late 20's I could see Cap still referring to her as a kid. I think Cap also sees himself like we see him at the end of Endgame. He's fit and young, but he was also born in the... 20s? Possibly late 1910s.
