Serpent - White Witch Doctor (1953) & Journey to the Center of the Earth (1959).

No one has mentioned the xylophone. I can't remember any movie in which it appears but Bernard Herrmann uses it to underscore Sinbad's fight with the skeleton in The 7th Voyage of Sinbad.
