Again I do not know if it is actually seen in any movie, but Bernard Herrmann (again) used it for his score for On Dangerous Ground (1953).
Herrmann hired musician Virginia Majewsky to play the viola d'amour for the recording sessions. He told the producers that he wanted Majewsky to receive credit in the main titles. Herrmann was told that there was no room for a credit for her so he insisted that she be included on his credit card instead of having a card to himself. I think that is pretty great!
