Some of my jeans are considered "low rise" or "mid rise" because I'm short. I always check the rise on jeans when buying. I like buying vintage jeans from Etsy that have been distressed and had some work done to them. I like a bit of a boho look when I can. I have a short torso, so what a "low or mid" rise is for many women fits me like a normal jean.
There's no way I'd ever wear those super-duper ultra-low rise jeans though. Some of those are just way too low.
I think if I wore "high waisted" mom jeans, they would come up under my girls.
