Adam Wingard picked to direct FACE/OFF remake

My first reaction was to be annoyed because I am a big fan of the original and I don't understand what the point of a Face/Off remake even is. 

Then I thought that maybe if they made it into a dark horror version of the story and I got sort of interested.

Then you pointed out what he has been directing since The Guest and realized that this is probably going to be some lazy uninspired Hollywood crap.
