Iron Maiden and Kate Bush are by far my two favorites. Frankly, they are the only two I’m really a big fan of, but going by impact, I’ll pick 3 more. I’m surprised Tina Turner isn’t in already. People always bitch that rap isn’t rock and roll, but it’s hard to argue with LL Cool J’s impact. Also, Jay-Z may not be rock and roll, but he’s probably more famous in the true sense of the word than anybody else on the list save for Tina Turner.
Ike & Tina Turner were inducted in 1991, so technically she already was. I guess this would be inducting her as a solo artist.
