Even 1 of the judges on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals who heard the hearing said on the record in open court that "the evidence of ball tampering is compelling". zoilus claims that the NFL and Ted Wells (whom Robert Kraft himself praised for his independence and integrity when he was hired to conduct the independent investigation) and Professor Marlow (a Physics Professor and former Chairman of the Department of Physics at Princeton University) all conspired against Brady, but there's just no way that zoilus or anyone else can claim that an unbiased federal appellate court judge who swore an oath to review evidence objectively and without bias was also part of a conspiracy with people whom he had never met before and to what end? What reason would an unbiased federal appellate court judge who has no affiliation with the NFL have to conspire against Brady? Like I said before, zoilus' arguments are weak and make no sense at all. I notice you neglected to reply to my last post. Chin doesn't know shit about science either, that's why he took Exponent's conclusions at face value. What makes the conspiracy fairly obvious is the science by Exponent, particularly wet/dry ball pressure curves, and the master/exemplar gauge experiment. The science on those is flawed. That's a fact. If you knew shit about science, you'd understand. But you don't know shit, which leads to you appealing to the authority of whoever says what you want to believe. You lose. As always. Don't forget Chin got scammed by a guy posing as Bernie Madoff. So much for his credibility... abovethelaw.com/2014/07/federal-judge-gets-scammed-by-notorious-serial-litigant/
