Imo would all be in the first round QB market. The Jets are iffy as im not sure they move Darnold. I think they give him this last chance with a new coach and look to get him weapons in Round 1 and trading down from #2 to a team looking to grab Zach Wilson.
Forgot WFT. Carolina I guess, Bridgewater is a bum. I don’t think the Steelers are ready to move on from Ben. Saints are going to try Winston-Hill combo. 49ers won’t move on from Jimmy G. Just yet.
A lot depends on the disgruntled pair, Watson and Wilson. If I was WFT, I’d overpay for one on them. Smith is an injury risk
Im not convinced that Watson or Wilson get traded. The free agent market for QB isn't very good unless Dak leaves. Not sure anyone on the market would be difference makers. WFT imo have a solid nucleus in terms of weapons and a defense. Theyre a QB away from being scary. If I were them I'd be all over Watson but I dont think anybody will meet Houston asking price of 4 first rounders outside of the Jets or Dolphins simply because they each have 2 this year. If I were the Jets im not sure I'd make that trade though as they're hardly a QB away from contending.
Alex Smith imo should start the transition into coaching. I think he'd be a damn good coach.
