Nope. Superman is invulnerable to the anything Ant-Man can do. It's already been established that Ant-Man can't hurt Superman that way.

Just watch the pilot episode of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. Luthor put a bomb on the space shuttle.  To prevent the bomb from blowing up the shuttle, Superman swallowed the bomb.  The bomb exploded inside Superman but did no damage at all to Superman.  Superman is invulnerable to Earth technology and Earth weapons.  The Ant-Man suit is nothing more than Earth technology so Superman is invulnerable to the Ant-Man suit and can't be hurt by Ant-Man.
