I think this season I'm watching, season 15, where Abby left, is when Abby made complaints that Mark Harmon sexually assaulted her, and then I also read something about him bringing his dog on set and the dog bit her. She (Pauley) wrote some scathing remarks about Harmon, and they even made sure they weren't on set together or shooting together very much. Even when she left, while she gave everyone else physical hugs and goodbyes, she gave Gibbs a note to tell him "goodbye" so she wouldn't have to face him.
