On Saturday, the Red Sox acquired right-handed pitcher Zach Bryant, completing the August 31 trade for pitcher Josh Osich (who was released after the season). Bryant was the Cubs 15th round pick in 2019.
This trade kind of nicely encapsulates the Red Sox and Cubs' offseasons.
